Trent Basin is a new residential neighbourhood on the north bank of the River Trent on the edge of Nottingham city centre, comprising 35 no. contemporary, low-energy houses and 10 no. apartments.

The development takes full advantage of its location by the river with many properties having  large windows and terraces to maximize views of the river and beyond. The different coloured brickwork walls  differentiate the various blocks of houses as well as providing a well-insulated, fabric first approach to the building envelope. The development has a considered soft and hard landscape design which will mature over time creating a green street up to the river.
